When buying a good well known music magazine what cost would you be willing to pay?

Is there more attraction to a magazine from the Images or the Text?
The reason in which I asked this question was to find out if my target audience either had more attraction to the images and what the magazine looked like then to the actul text and what was being written.
I am able to see that the target audience is more attracted to the look of the magazine and the professional look of the photos which are taken more then the text inside of the magazine.

How often do people buy music magazines?
The reason in which I asked this question was to see how often people normally buy music magazines. To see what the chances where of mine being brought by the target audience which I am aiming my magazine at.
From my results which are shown I am able to see that my targeted audience are most likely either to by magazine sometimes or either by every magazine issue on a regular.

What music genre interest you the most to read about in a music magazine?
I asked this question to find out what type of music genre I should concentrate on when creating my music magazine, there are many popular music genres around. So asking my target audience which one interests them the most will give me a better understanding about what they like to listen to.
From this research and how it is clearly shown inside of the graph I can see that the top five most like music genres where R&B, Dubstep, pop, Drum n Bass and Hip Hop. This is good because it is a good mix of music which have been revolutionised from each other and twitched around slightly to create new styles in genres.

I decided that i wanted to ask a group of 86 young people who are the target age group of my music magazine a variety of questions which will help in the research towards creating my own music magazine.
Which topics do you like seeing in music magazines?
The reason in which i asked this question was to see what my target audience would expect to find inside of a music magazine, this allows me to see what they are interested in and what i should focus on in my magazine.
From this graph i can see that my audience is interested in many things inside of the music industry, they like to read a lot about the new music news as well as the fashion and what the music artists are wearing. They seem to be less interested in learning about music tips and surprisingly about music tours/concerts. This may be because this information about upcoming tours and concerts are coming from another source such as the internet.

How I developed my ideas; when creating this mood board I wanted it to be around things which I like and enjoy. Most of the artists which are on my mood board are popular world wide artists such as Rhianna, as wells as up and coming new artist such as Miguel and Tyler the creator. I have decided to do this because I enjoy listening to commercial music as well as new and unusual sounds. Music will be and heavy factor in my magazine, but as well as combined with an fashion side which is an good mix I have shown this on my mood board by using an very popular and known super model Chanel Iman and as well as fashion piece the rucksack which has come into fashion and as well is an known fashion brand Louis Vuitton.
